It is probably not a good idea to hum the Twilight Zone theme song during your divorce proceeding. Attorney Steven H. Leving of Torrington, Connecticut, represented the husband in a post-divorce conference with the parties, their attorneys, the Guardian Ad Litem and a court staffer present. The husband asked for a psychological exam. The ex-wife asked why that was necessary. Leving allegedly said someone in the room has mental problems and then stared at her and began humming the theme from the Twilight Zone. The ex-wife did not think this was funny, and neither did the state greivance committee which reprimanded Levy for his conduct. As reported by Douglas S. Malan of the Connecticut Tribune and reprinted on Law.Com.
