Satellite Business Systems, Business Attorney, 1977 to 1979.  Legal counsel for a satellite telecommunications firm, a joint venture of Comsat, Aetna and IBM.  Lead counsel on sixty million dollar financing package.  Drafted affirmative action plan, obtained three patents, reviewed FCC tariffs, negotiated service contracts for company, and negotiated new technology research contracts with vendors.  Provided tax advice and successfully guided firm through its startup and IRS audit.

Federal Communications Commission, Attorney, 1975 to 1977.  Prepared administrative memoranda and orders regarding radio broadcast frequencies, television channel separation, minority ownership, multiple ownership and renewal policies of agency.  Investigated the addition of new television channels in one hundred cities as counsel for the VHF drop-in task force.
